Content dies without a rhythm. Not because people are lazy, but because "make content" is not a task, it's a vague wish. Nobody can pick it up on a Tuesday and do it.
This turns the wish into five named days with clear jobs. Same shape every week. Boring on purpose. Boring is what survives a busy month.

This workflow assumes you batch. You research once, plan once, create once, and schedule the whole week in one block. You do not start from zero every morning. That is the difference between a system and a scramble.

Monday: Research and idea selection
You are deciding what is worth making this week. Nothing gets created today.
- Market research: 15 minutes scanning your space. What is moving, what are people arguing about.
- Competitor research: look at 3 to 5 competitors. What are they posting, and what is getting traction.
- Customer pain points: pull from last week's sales calls, DMs, support tickets, and comments. Real words from real buyers.
- Previous post performance: open last week's report. What won, what flopped, what surprised you.
- Select the strongest ideas: pick this week's 3 to 5 from the idea bank. Kill the rest for now, they keep.
Output: a shortlist of ideas with a rough format each, ready to brief.
Time: 60 to 90 minutes.
Tuesday: Content planning
Turning ideas into briefs someone can execute without asking you three questions.
- Choose formats: text post, carousel, short video, static graphic. Match the format to the idea, not the other way round.
- Assign owners: every asset gets exactly one name.
- Write briefs: use the Section 5 templates. A good brief takes 5 minutes and saves an hour.
- Select hooks: 3 to 5 options per asset from Section 3.
- Plan CTAs: decide the one action you want. Comment, DM, click, or book.
Output: a full set of briefs, with hooks and CTAs, owners assigned.
